Fresh Salsa
4 large tomatoes (instead I use about 8 -12 Romas)
1 large yellow onion
1 bunch of green onions
2 roasted Anaheim peppers (instead I use a small can of chiles)
2 serrano chiles
1 bunch of fresh cilantro
32 oz. of regular tomato sauce
24 oz. of Mexican hot tomato sauce
Juice of ½ lemon (I use lime in Mexico and they don’t have lemons)
4 cloves of garlic
About 1 tsp. of salt
I put all items into the blender (it takes two batches) and chop it up. The original recipe had you chop everything.
